“Inner Space”

By Jan-Carel Koster

Stimulating connection

Inner Space is an autonomous sculpture made in a semi-precious stone called ‘Sodalite’. This sculpture was made to stimulate energy in communicating between different cultures. The blue stone is known for its strength, this is one of the reasons for making the sculpture in this type of stone.

Technical Information

Material:  Sodalite
Origins:  Southern Africa

Sodalite is typically blue to violet-blue in color, often with white veining or streaks. This distinctive coloration makes it visually appealing and easily recognizable. Due to its striking appearance, sodalite is used in various artistic and ornamental applications.

Searching for inner space

With this sculpture Jan-Carel tries to reach people who are willing to look into their own souls to find their own inner space, so that they can lend a helping hand to help others with an open mind.

His goal is for people to feel the energy of/in this sculpture and try to find the best way to communicate with others because there is a lot of peace hidden in communication.
